Ginger has been an employee at Katherine Lynn Salon since September of 1998. During that time she has continued to hone her skills through numerous educational seminars. Most recently she has become a member of the prestigious Americoif organization. During her affiliation with Americoif she has attended many educational classes and has also been an active participant in such shows. She was on the 2008/2009 stylist committee and had her work featured alongside Vivienne McKinder in the Press Show and Detroit Fashion Pages. She was also invited to participate in the September 2009/2010 stylist committee show and was featured alongside well-known hair stylist Yves Durif.

Through Americoif and her relentless commitment to furthering her education, Ginger’s career is rapidly advancing into other venues. She has been the lead stylist for many local fashion stylists and photographers such as stylist Kohn of Iknonic and photographer Michael Anthony for a downtown Royal Oak Metro Lofts advertising campaign. She has also worked with stylist Benny Lumpkins and photographer Tom McKenzie for portfolio work. Most recently she has become the lead stylist for Angela Jordan's modeling agency, Michigan's Next Top Model.

Ginger strives to constantly challenge herself with newly acquired skills while fine-tuning her existing skills. She specializes in many areas including bridal updos, razored cuts, and short and sassy precision cuts. Ginger especially enjoys working with her clients to find just the right color and cut for their personality and lifestyle.
